Dr. Sachin Sharma is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. His area of expertise includes modeling of distribution system, modelling of uncertain parameter of renewable energy resources such as wind generation, solar radiations, electrical demand and electric price, operational and planning issues of battery storage techniques in presence of renewable energy, Demand Response techniques, network reconfiguration in contemporary distribution system, and AI and ML applications in power system. Dr. Sharma has published 20 articles in highly reputed SCI/SCOPUS indexed journals, two patent and 30 articles in international conferences. He is supervising 5 PhD students. He is an active reviewer of manuscripts submitted to high-ranked journals such as IJPES, Energy (Elsevier), Wiley, Taylor, and Francis.
