Presently carrying a nine years of research experience from 2015 in the field of modeling and simulation of advance FETs, biosensors, analog and VLSI circuit design. Currently working as an assistant professor (research) in Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun, India. I have also worked as a Junior Research Fellow in Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, India in 2017. From 2011 to 2012, I worked as a Trainee Engineer-Telecommunication (Part time) in Digital Power Corporation, West Bengal, India. Currently dealing with developing a sensor to detect alcohol concentration and toxic gas detection from FET based sensors. I have published several top-rated SCI journals with high impact factor like Scientific Reports (IF-4.6), IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (IF-3.221), IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology (IF-2.967), IEEE Sensors (IF-4.325), IEEE Access (IF-3.9), Microelectronics Reliability (IF-1.6), Micro and Nanostructure (IF-3.1), Silicon (IF-2.941).
