Dr. Varun Mishra is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. His area of expertise includes modeling and simulation of novel semiconductor devices such as Tunnel FETs, Negative Capacitance FETs, HEMTs, etc., low power VLSI circuit design. Dr. Mishra has published 20 articles in highly reputed SCI/SCOPUS indexed journals, one patent and 21 articles in national and international conferences. He is an active reviewer of manuscripts submitted to high-ranked journals such as Silicon (Springer), Semiconductor Science and Technology (IOP Publishing), International Journal of Numerical Modelling: Electronic Networks, Devices and Fields (Wiley), Journal of Taibah University for Science (Taylor and Francis), Physica Scripta (IOP Publishing). He has also served as the editor of book titled” Opto-VLSI Devices and Circuits for Biomedical and Healthcare Applications”, published by CRC Press. His teaching area of interest is Electronic Devices and Circuits, Logic Design, and Semiconductor Device Modeling.
