Dr Peyush has over 18 years of international experience in industry and academia. He has worked for companies like Toshiba, Nano-silicon, Telstra, Sunsuper etc. He has acquired a PhD degree from Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre, Griffith University, Australia. His current research interest includes the physics and engineering of metal–oxide–SiC device structures, design, and electrical characterization /simulation of wide bandgap power semiconductor (SiC and GaN) devices. He has published more than 25 research papers in SCI/SCOPUS journals and conferences. He has an ongoing collaboration with Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre, Griffith University, Australia, where the students can work on live projects. The students also get an opportunity to visit the research facility in Australia for a short period or for higher degree by research. He has supervised many undergraduate/postgraduate students for their dissertation work. He is currently supervising a PhD student as well.
