Dr. Kanchan Yadav has completed PhD from Hemvanti Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar and joined the department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun as Assistant Professor in 2018. She has rich experience of 10 years in teaching and research at UG, P.G., and PhD level. At present Dr. Kanchan is supervising 5 PhD scholars. Her research area includes cognitive behavior therapy, positive psychology, counselling psychology, mindfulness, depression. She has presented and published several research papers in national and international journals. Dr. Kanchan has extensive experience in guidance and counselling the clients (patients / students) to know themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, to help them tp plan their future.
