Dr. Arun Kumar Gupta currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science & Technology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) in Dehradun, India. He has an impressive academic and professional background, with memberships in esteemed organizations within the field. Dr. Gupta’s research interests primarily focus on post-harvest technologies, fruit processing, starch modification, and sensor fabrication. His research findings have been published in reputable journals with high impact factors. As an accomplished author and co-author, Dr. Gupta has contributed to several book chapters and scientific articles published in prestigious international journals. He has also received a Research and Innovation Grant from Tezpur University to support his doctoral project. Dr. Gupta is actively engaged in the academic community and serves as a regular reviewer for reputable journals, including Food Composition and Analysis (Elsevier), International Journal of Biological Macromolecules (Elsevier), Journal of Polymers and the Environment (Springer Nature), Discover Foods (Springer Nature), Vegetos (Springer Nature), Journal of Food Science & Nutrition (Wiley), and Biomass Conversion and Biorefinery (Springer Nature), among others. Furthermore, Dr. Gupta is also involved in editorial activities and is currently editing three books for reputed publishers such as Springer Nature, Elsevier, and Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
