Saumya Bisht has completed her M.A. in English from Kamla Nehru College, University of Delhi and B.A.(Hons) English from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She has presented her research at national and international conferences and published it in peer-reviewed journals. Ms. Saumya Bisht has published research papers in UGC CARE Journals including Scopus. Her areas of academic interest include environmental humanities, postcolonial literature, environmental justice, queer studies and diaspora studies. She has expertise in modern and classic literature, with a focus on creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. Ms. Saumya is also a Patanjali certified Yoga Instructor and has taught courses in Yogic practice and philosophy.
