International Conference on Recent Advances in Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods

International Conference on Recent Advances in Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods was held from 22nd May to 23rd May 2023.
The conference aimed to provide an opportunity to researchers worldwide to share their knowledge and experience on the thematic areas such as plant-based, animal-based and microorganisms-based nutraceuticals and functional foods, synthetic health foods, and food hydrocolloids. Several eminent and renowned speakers from national and international levels were present in the conference. Rekha Arya Cabinet Minister of Women and Chid Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand also addressed the audience. Facilitation of Industry and Academia experts Dr. Achhru Ram Sharma and Dr. Katsuyoshi Nishinari with lifetime achievement award also took place.
