Dr. Devabrata Sahoo, an accomplished aerospace engineer, holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Israel, an M.E. in Space Engineering and Rocketry from BIT Mesra, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. With over 15 years of research experience, he specializes in high-speed aerodynamics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and wind tunnel testing. Dr. Sahoo has published more than 50 research papers in prestigious journals and conferences and serves as a reviewer for leading aerospace journals.

He has received multiple Best Paper Awards at ISRAADT, IEEE Punecon, and RDME and collaborated with renowned institutions like IIT Bombay, Southampton University, and Technion University. Dr. Sahoo has also contributed to defense-funded projects and designed a supersonic wind tunnel at BIT Mesra. His expertise includes experimental aerodynamics, high-speed flow visualization, and setting up advanced aerodynamic testing facilities.
