Dr. Anand Chauhan is currently working as associate professor in the department of mathematics, graphic era (deemed to be university), Dehradun, India. He has more than 16 years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 65 research papers in national / international peer reviewed journals, and he has attended more than 30 national / international conference/ seminar/ workshops. He has an author of 8+ academic books and two edited books with reputed publishers like springer, crc press, Taylor & Francis. He is actively involved in organizing research activities like conferences / workshops / FDP conducted by department. His area of research includes operational research, industrial engineering, production and waste management, mathematical modelling and optimization, numerical methods and teaching expertise in applied mathematics, discrete mathematics, probability and statistics, operational research, computer based numerical and statistical technique. He is an active life-member of Indian Mathematical Society (IMS), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Operational Research Society of India (ORSI).
