Dr. Arun Karnwal is a seasoned academic and researcher with > 20 years of experience in teaching and research, specializing in agricultural microbiology, fermentation technology, microbial enzymes, bioremediation, and biotransformation. Serving as a Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to University), Dehradun, UK, India, he has also held key administrative roles such as Academic Operations Coordinator and Academic Head in his previous job. Dr. Karnwal’s research portfolio includes above 90 publications with an impact factor exceeding 135, 7 patents, 9 IPR, 32 NCBI submissions, >70 book chapters, 13 books/monograph, and extensive work in mentoring Ph.D. (03 awarded, 03 pre-submitted, 1 in final stage) and Master’s students (>57). Recognized with multiple research and teaching awards, he is committed to advancing microbiological sustainability through innovative solutions and interdisciplinary collaborations.
