During my PhD work on exploring Rhododendron arboreum, it leaves immunomodulatory activity. Eleven years working as a lab assistant in the Department of Biotechnology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). Three years working experience in Bisleri International Pvt. as a microbiologist & quality control of package drinking water as per Bureau of Indian Standards (IS: 14543:1998). Dissertation training at the Indian Institute of Petroleum (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Laboratory) in Dehradun for the isolation of gas-forming anaerobic bacteria from soil samples. Training experience at Pollution Control Research Institute (PCRI) on polluted waste water in B.H.E.L. Haridwar.
