Dr.Shivangi Chamoli is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Her thrust area is gene cloning, protein expression, purification, and characterization, and increasing their industrial attributes through the incorporation of nanotechnology. Besides, she also works in the direction of understanding the structural and functional aspects of proteins through bioinformatics studies. Dr. Chamoli has published her research work in highly reputed journals (International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Biotechnology Progress, Bioresource Technology Reports, Molecules, etc) along with 4 book chapters (Springer, Elsevier, Wiley-Scrivener USA). Her teaching area interest is Biochemistry, Metabolism, Molecular Biology, and Immunology.
