Dr. Yograj Bist is a researcher in food science and biotechnology with specialized expertise in the isolation, modification, and characterization of starches and plant-derived proteins. His research focuses on harnessing these biopolymers for innovative food applications, including emulsions, biodegradable packaging, and functional ingredient development. With strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in rheology, microscopy, and material testing, Dr. Bist’s work emphasizes the development of sustainable, value-added materials from crop side streams. He has published multiple articles in SCIE-indexed journals and also serves as a potential reviewer for several reputed international journals. Dr. Bist is passionate about interdisciplinary collaborations that bridge food technology, engineering, materials science, and biotechnology.
