Dr. Ranjit Kumar Mukherji is presently working as a Associate Professor, with the Department of Commerce at Graphic Era deemed to be University since 2017, with 19 years of teaching and Research experience basically in the field of Management subjects and Law, prior to this also has been an Advocate / Law Officer in the field of Arbitration Works Contract. Area of interest of research is in the field of Organizational Learning Capability and Organizational Behavior & HR related domain. Publications are in the related field, in various Scopus & SCI indexed peer reviewed Journals of repute. At present he handling the profile of NAAC coordinator for the department and uptakes Academic Criterion 1 documentation and implementation of the same, besides handling the conveyor for Board of Studies for the department.
