He is M.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Graphic Era deemed to be University, Dehradun, India in 2010 and 2018. He received a Bachelor’s in Science degree from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University Srinagar Garhwal and M.Phil. in Computer Science from the Chaudhary Devilal University, Sirsa, India in 2007. He received a Master of Computer Applications degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi in 2004. He joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering Graphic Era deemed to be University, in September 2005. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Graphic Era deemed to be University, Dehradun. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in various international journals and conference proceedings in the areas of Vehicular communication and Cyber Security. He has published many book chapters. He is a reviewer of various Journals and Conference Proceedings.
