Dr. Manoj Diwakar is currently working as an Associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. With 14 years of industrial and academic experience, he is committed and dedicated to the continuous upliftment of the research environment in the department. With a solid academic background, he has a multifaceted educational qualification. Before joining Graphic Era Deemed to be University, he was associated with DIT University, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, and Mody University of Technology & Science (Formerly known as Mody Institute of Technology & Science) Laxmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan. He earned his B.Tech from the Institute of Integral Technology Lucknow (Now known as Integral University) and M.Tech from MITS, Gwalior, India. He earned his Ph. D. from the Department of Computer Science, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India. Dr. Diwakar also serves as a Professional Member of IEEE and a Life Member of IAENG (International Association of Engineers). His research interests include Image Processing, Computer vision, Information Security, and Medical Imaging. He has published around 150 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, books, and book chapters with national and international publishers of repute like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Hindawi, Inderscience, IGI Global, and many more. He serves as a reviewer of many international journals like IEEE transactions, Elsevier Journals, Springer Journals, Hindawi Journals, Inderscience Journals, IGI Global Journals and many more. He has also served as Associate Editors/Guest editors of many reputed publishers/Journals like SPIE journals, PLOS One, Inderscience Journals, Bentham Science, Frontier, MDPI Journals and many more. He has also organized many international conferences, such as IEEE and Springer. He has also been a Book editor for many reputed publishers like IGI, Springer, Elsevier, and many more. Dr. Diwakar has achieved recognition by being listed in the Top 2% of Scientists in the World for the year 2023, as announced by Elsevier and Stanford University, United States.
