Dr. Neelam Singh holds a Ph.D. from Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun and has been affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Graphic Era Deemed to be University since May, 2011. With over 20 years of experience in research and academia, she is supervising 5 Ph.D. candidates. She has also supervised M. Tech., MCA and M.Sc (IT) students for their dissertations and Final year projects.

Currently serving as the Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, she has more than 30 research publications in national and international journals and conferences and 5 published patents. She is the convener of the conference CISCT 2024 and has been appointed as observer for various national-level exams (KVS & NVS recruitment) by CBSE.
