• Master of Technology in Electronics Engineering (with a specialization in Digital Techniques and Instrumentation) from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, in January 1994.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnatak University, Dharwad, India, in July 1987.
