About The Program

BBA LLB (Honors) is a five-year integrated inter-disciplinary programme which integrates Law and Business Administration, equipping the students to grasp the intricacies of the legal systems thus enhancing legal communication skills in business administration, legal reasoning and writing skills, analytical, problem solving and research skills persuasively.

Apart from the compulsory core Law courses, some of the courses it includes are Corporate Governance, Human Resource, Fintech & Law, Intellectual property Law, Marketing, Data Privacy laws, Aviation laws, Space laws likewise.

Eligibility

Merit based. Passed HSC or equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognized Board

This programme prepares graduates with skill and employability for careers as lawyers, judges, legal consultants, Financial advisors, Business management, Arbitrators, Negotiators, Company retainers, General Counsels, Tax Lawyers, Corporate lawyers, Litigation, non-litigation likewise.

Course Curriculum

The Curriculum integrates various areas of specialization with the legal professional requirements and academics. The Pedagogy is in tune with the outcome-based education and is student centric. Students gain practical exposure and develop their legal skills through moot courts, court visits, stock exchange, SEBI, RBI, legal aid clinics, mediation, negotiation, client counselling, internships and other co-curricular activities apart from the clinical courses.
