Dr. Sanjay Kumar currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science & Technology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) in Dehradun, India. Dr. Kumar has 4-year Industrial experience of top leading MNC including, Zydus Cadila Health Care, and Gujarat Ambuja Exports. He has total 10 years of academic experience. His research interests primarily focus on new product development, machine design, food processing. His M.Tech work was published in top 25 innovations in ICAR magazine. His research findings have been published in reputable journals with high impact factors. Dr. Kumar has published two books’ chapters and research articles published in prestigious peer reviewed international journals. He has also received a Research Grant from UCOST as Co-PI. Dr. Kumar is actively engaged in the academic community and serves as a regular reviewer for reputable journals, including Sugar Tech, Process biochemistry, Aquatic Toxicology.
