Dr. Gaurav Dimri is a Mechanical Engineering graduate whose active interest in an interdisciplinary understanding of human existence led him to pursue further studies in Political Science. His PhD thesis explored the planning and governance ecosystem of Dehradun city. In addition, he has taken a Certificate course on Methods and Application in Social Science Research (CCMASSR) from the Institute of Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru.
His academic interest lies at the cusp of philosophy, politics, cinema, arts, and religion. Prior to joining Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), he was an Assistant Professor with the School of Liberal Arts, IMS Unison University, Dehradun.
