Dr.Sweta Khanduri, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) Dehradun. She completed her Bachelors (Economic Honours) and Masters in Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Dr. Sweta has extensively studied the employment prospects and viability of handloom and handicraft sector in Uttarakhand (Hill & Plain Districts). She has published various research papers and chapters in Edited Volumes, UGC CARE listed, referred and peer reviewed journals and has attended national and international conferences and has presented papers in the same. Dr. Sweta has also attended several FDPs. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment, promoting critical thinking, and tailoring instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles. She successfully completed the Two-Week referesher Course in Economics titled “Sustainability Strategies: Perspectives from India” from 31 January-14 February 2022 with Grade A+ under “Teaching Learning Centre”, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi, In collaboration with Department of Economics, Ramanujan College under the aegis of Ministry of Education.
