Brief: FDP titled “Strategic Management and Employer Branding” was organized by the department of Management Studies for academicians, faculty members of different departments and research scholars. The session was addressed by Prof. Dr. Lutz Schiminke who discussed about different aspects via case studies related to academic intuitions in European Countries. A case of Whirlpool was also discussed in Indian context about different strategies adopted by a company for employer branding and its importance. Prof Lutz also discussed the latest trends which are observed in various institutes and the perception of teachers regarding the same. The lecture was very beneficial and provided an insight on the various challenges associated which a teacher educator has to overcome.
