Associate Professor

He is a Ph.D. from Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. He has joined Graphic Era Institute of Technology in the year 2007 as PDP trainer and further transferred to Department of Management Studies, Graphic Era University in the year 2011. He has a vast knowledge in the area of HR and Administration having 20 years of rich professional experience from Indian Air Force. Further he has explored in teaching and research from past 15 years. He has worked as a faculty member and taught different courses to MBA, BBA and Ph.D. students. He has published several research papers in various International journals. His research interests include Leadership, HR/OB/Ethics etc.
He has participated in advanced workshop Mission10 X Faculty Development Program conducted by Wipro and has also trained by Infosys under TTT (Train The Trainer) Program.
He is Editor with IGI Global Publishing house and Apple Academic press.
He is in the panel of experts of Doordarshan, Uttarakhand and actively participates in talk shows/interviews on social, political and economic issues.
He was nominated as Brand Ambassador of Swachhta Servakshan program by Nagar Nigam, Dehradun for the year 2018-19.
He is associated with few NGOs and actively contributes for social causes.
