Dr. Khyati Kapil is an Associate Professor (OB and HR) at Department of Management Studies, Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. She holds a PhD in the Organizational Behavior area from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. She has also qualified UGC NET and JRF in Management.
With more than 10 years of teaching and research experience, she teaches courses on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Training & Development, Counselling Skills for Managers, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Change management at UG, PG and PhD levels.
She has published in both in international and national peer-reviewed journals and has presented her research in renowned national and international conferences. She is also an active reviewer of various refereed journals. Her research interests include leader- member exchange, job embeddedness, work engagement, and organizational citizenship behaviour.
