- Carries 20yr + experience in the area of Academics, Research, and Training.
- Authored articles, reviews in journals & magazines.
- Conducted training programs at MUL, BSNL, GRASIM, Dabur, SBI etc., in the area of time management, decision making, market creation and customer relationship.
- Has been associated with UPAA, Nainital (IAS Training Academy) as Research Coordinator and member of training team for CDS (Centre for Development Studies) and LBSNAA, Mussoorie.
- Has been conducting FDPs, Training Programmes, and Seminars & Conferences at various organizations across the country.
- Has attended Seminars, conferences and workshops and delivered invited talks in various organizations.
- Two scholars awarded PhD Degree, another in process; published research work in refereed and indexed research journals.

- Currently working as Professor in the area of General Management, International Business and Market Economics at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun.
