She has been awarded with Post-Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. For the last 16 years, she has been contributing in teaching and research. She has developed skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods such as Multi-Criteria Decision Making, Fuzzy Theory, Multivariate analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Application of Soft Computing etc. Her current research areas include Industry 4.0 technologies, Circular Economy, Net carbon Zero, Digital Supply chains, Waste Management and Sustainability. Published research papers in A* and A category journals in ABDC/ABS list which includes Journal of cleaner production, Journal of Retailing and Consumer services, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review Information systems Frontier, Business, strategy and Environment Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Environmental Management, Government Information Quarterly Journal of Enterprise Information Management, International Journal of Manpower, International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Operations Management Research .
She has been organized FDP sponsored by AAICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Government of India under PM’s Gatishakti scheme for consecutively last 2 years.
