Dr Mishra has organisational experience of over 2 years and teaching experience of over 24 years. He started his academic career at ‘JITM, Parlakhemundi (Now Centurion University), Odisha’ as a lecturer in Management Department and worked there for over 6 years. Later he worked at ‘National Institute of Science and Technology (Autonomous), Pallur Hills, Berhampur’ for over 14 yrs as a Professor and Head of Department. He left NIST, Berhampur and associated with NSB Academy Bangalore for 2 years as Professor cum Domain Chair in HR. Dr Mishra is now associated with Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun since August, 2024 as Professor and Domain chair – HR. During his academic period of over 24 years Dr Mishra published 2 books, 4 book chapters and 7 journal articles indexed in Scopus and UGC Care. He has written 9 business cases and published them in several case journals indexed by UGC Care and others. He organised 7 workshops cum FDPs and 2 conferences sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi, DST, New Delhi, AICTE New Delhi and ORSI Kolkata. He participated in 64 workshops, seminars, FDPs taken together. Besides the academics, he nurtures a hobby of writing and composing Odia romantic songs and runs ‘Star Entertainment-Odia’ YouTube channel where all his creations are available to see.
