Dr. Avikal has completed his M.Tech from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT-ALD) Allahabad, India in 2009 in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the same (MNNIT-ALD) University in 2016. He has six months post-doctoral fellowship (PDF) experience from Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar in 2023. Now a days, Dr. Avikal is currently working as an Associate Professor in area of Operations Management in Department of Management Studies at Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. He has a total of 14 years of work experience including 10 years of teaching experience. His area of Interest is production and industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Decision Science, Soft Computing, Mathematical Modelling, Sustainability, Line Balancing etc. He has published over 55 Research articles in referred International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Avikal has been invited for expert talks at national and international levels related to research in Industrial Management. He also serves as a member of the editorial board of some of the reputed international journals. He has also been placed as a reviewer in many worldwide recognized journals.
