Dr Bhatt have a rich blend of management consulting, research, and teaching experience of over 15 years. As a management consultant, his key skills include industrial energy efficiency and manufacturing excellence. He has managed multiple energy efficiency and energy conservation projects and identified energy cost reduction opportunities in the range of 8 to 15% across the industries to improve the energy intensity of the industrial units. He has also implemented several manufacturing excellence projects in various industrial units. He has also been part of the project management team for the commissioning and operation of the world’s largest grassroot refinery project in India. As a researcher, he works in the domain of sustainable manufacturing, behavioral operations, and the application of digital technologies and his research has been accepted for publication in the ABDC-A category journals. Dr Bhatt has also earned industrial certifications like Lean Six Sigma Black belt, Beauro of Energy Efficiency Certified Energy Auditor, and Certified project financing analyst.
