Dr. Vineet Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Graphic era deemed to be University, Dehradun, India. Dr. Vineet received his degree in mechanical Engineering from GL Bajaj Institute of technology and Management Gr. Noida in 2012. He completed his MTech from Moti Lal Nehru national institute of technology Allahabad, India in 2015. He received his PhD degree from Indian Institute of technology (BHU) Varanasi, India in 2022. He Specialized in tribology, focusing on advanced materials and lubrication techniques; high-temperature casting, optimizing processes and developing alloys; and advanced composites, exploring applications and novel manufacturing. Proficient in manufacturing optimization and sustainable practices. Skilled in applying optimization techniques across engineering processes, advancing material characterization, studying mechanical behavior, and utilizing topographical analysis for diverse applications in modern engineering. He has published more than 10 publications and 1 book chapter in esteemed journals including American foundry society and presented his work many national and international conferences.
