Dr. Nanda is an Associate Professor in the department of Microbiology at the Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She holds a doctorate in Biotechnology with a research specialization in microbial environmental bioremediation techniques. Dr. Nanda has extensive teaching experience and has actively organized various conferences, seminars, workshops and training programs to support learning and knowledge sharing. Her interdisciplinary research spans microbial strategies for heavy metal detoxification using microalgae and bacteria. She has been actively involved in national and international research collaborations. Dr. Nanda continues to advance research in microbial interventions for environmental sustainability and has published over 50 peer-reviewed publications including, research articles, reviews, and book chapters in reputed national and international journals.
