Advertisement: Request for Quotations for Electrochemical Workstation.

 

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed vendors to quote their lowest possible rate for the supply of the undermentioned instrument for research purposes. The quotations must be submitted to the Registrar, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Clement Town, Dehradun.

The last date & time for submission of the quotation is within 10 days of advertisement up to 05.00 p.m. We require an Electrochemical Workstation with the following key specifications.

Note:

1. a) The sealed cover should be duly superscribed with the inquiry no & date and name of the item quoted in the block letter.
2. b) The party is requested to keep in touch with Deepak, Associate Professor, Department of Allied Sciences (Physics), Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun before quoting the rate for better knowledge of specification, quality of material, etc.
3. c) Warranty must be mentioned in your offer for all the above items.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Quotations in Indian Rupees are invited for the non-consumable items as per the specifications mentioned above.
2. The quotations should be made by the vendors on their official letterhead clearly indicating the aforesaid goods/articles in detail.
3. The final prices must be inclusive of all charges and taxes (freight, installation, GST etc.).
4. All prices should be quoted to Dr. Deepak, Associate Professor, Department of Allied Sciences (Physics), Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun
5. The quotes must include 2 years of AMC (Annual Maintenance charge).
6. Clarifications may however be sought from you on the specific and technical aspects.
7. Validity of the quotation will be three months from the closing date of the inquiry.
8. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full without assigning any reason thereto.
9. In cases of any dispute, the decision of the University shall be final & binding on all parties involved.
