- The warranty period for the quoted item must be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
Terms and Conditions:
- Quotations are invited in Indian Rupees (INR) strictly as per the specifications mentioned above.
- Quotations must be submitted on the vendor’s official letterhead, clearly detailing the quoted instrument.
- The quoted price should be inclusive of all applicable charges and taxes, including freight, installation, GST, and any other levies.
- All quotations should be addressed to the Principal Investigator, Department of Food Science & Technology, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University).
- The University may seek clarification from vendors on technical or specification-related aspects, if necessary.
- The validity of the quotation must be three months from the closing date of the inquiry.
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in part or in full, without assigning any reason.
