Dieticians- They create diet plans for various people. Dealing with clients and assisting them in gaining/losing weight is the dietician’s responsibility. Based on their clients’ health, they create charts for them.
Marketing Manager- They create marketing plans for your goods and seeing to their effective execution. Some dietitians additionally speak to audiences of people to inform them about healthy eating and disease prevention.
Clinical Dietician- They take care of a hospital’s patients’ diet plan. They assist clients in maintaining healthy lives and achieving their health-related goals. They are nutrition specialists. They are well-versed in cleanliness and food safety.
Nutritionist- They examine the dietary needs of the average person. They work as a type of food counsellor, assisting in the creation of the customers’ diet plans.
The study of food management, promotion of health through wholesome food, and a primary emphasis on the connection between the body and food are all covered in the BSc Nutrition and Dietetics course. There are a total of 6 semesters in the programme. The course includes both core and elective topics, with the core topics being regarded as crucial and necessary for the student’s learning. These are some of the fundamental topics covered by students enrolled in the B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics programme: Food Quality and Management, Family meal management, Dietetics and Counselling and Food Science. Both conventional classroom instruction and hands-on lab workshops are used in the course.
