Dr. Krishna Aayush is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of food science and technology. As an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), he contributes to the academic and research endeavors of the institution. Dr. Aayush has a strong academic background in Biotechnology (B.Tech) and Food Technology (M.Tech), Dr. Aayush pursued his PhD from Shoolini University, Solan, HP

Dr. Aayush’s research expertise spans food nanotechnology, nano starch, edible packaging, and biosensor fabrication. His research acumen was further honed during his one-year research stint at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, under the guidance of Dr. Yang.
