Dr. Krishna Aayush is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of food science and technology. As an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), he contributes to the academic and research endeavours of the institution. Dr. Aayush has a strong academic background in Biotechnology (B.Tech) and Food Technology (M.Tech), Dr. Aayush pursued his PhD from Shoolini University, Solan, HP

Dr. Aayush’s research expertise spans food nanotechnology, nano starch, edible packaging, post-harvest evaluation and biosensor fabrication. His research acumen was further honed during his one-year research stint at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, under the guidance of Dr. Yang.

A prolific author and researcher, Dr. Aayush has published 8 research papers 10 Review papers in esteemed journals, including Food Chemistry, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Control, and ACS sensors. He has also contributed to 5 book chapters and scientific articles in prestigious international journals. He is prolific inventor with 4 patents to his credit, demonstrating his innovative approach to solving complex problems in his field.

An active participant in the academic community, Dr. Aayush regularly presents his research at international conferences, such as the Canadian Society for Chemistry. He also serves as a reviewer for reputable journals, further solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in his field.
