About The Program

The B.Sc. (Hons.) IT is a three-year undergraduate program (with provisions for Honours and Honours with Research in seventh and eighth semester).

The program offers a balanced mix of disciplinary courses, minor streams (such as Web Development and Data Science), and multidisciplinary courses from allied fields like management and humanities. Students gain hands-on experience through programming laboratories, software projects, internships, and research opportunities.

The curriculum also emphasizes skill enhancement and holistic development through courses on communication, career success, environmental awareness, Indian Knowledge Systems, and disaster management.
