About The Program

students are prepared to comprehend the nuances of the legal systems thus amplifying legal oratory and writing skills, legal reasoning, analytical, problem solving and research skills persuasively. They are exposed to the core courses viz. Constitution, Commercial laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Interpretation of Statutes, Administrative Laws, Law of Torts and Consumer Protection and Motor Vehicles Act, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Sakhshya Adhiniyam 2023, likewise.

Eligibility

Merit based. Passed Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognized Board.

This programme prepares graduates with skill and employability for careers as lawyers, judges, Criminal Lawyers, Civil Lawyers, Tax lawyers, Litigation, Non-litigation, legal consultants, Financial advisors, NGO’s, Activists, Business management, Arbitrators, Negotiators, Company retainers, General Counsels likewise.

Notes: Semester 1 and 2 are applicable only for regular entry students. Lateral entry students begin from Semester 3.

Course Curriculum
