Position: Professor– 01 (One)

Essential Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. or Integrated M.Tech. in a relevant branch of Civil Engineering with First Class or equivalent grade.
• Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline of Civil Engineering.

Desirable Qualification:

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Proven record of high-quality research publications in SCI/SCOPUS indexed journals.
• Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance.
• Experience in resource mobilization, policy formulation, and institutional development.
• Successful guidance of Ph.D. scholars.
• Sponsored research projects funded by Government, Industry, or International Agencies.
• Patents, technology transfer, consultancy projects, and professional contributions.
• Experience in outcome-based education, accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC), curriculum development, and industry collaboration.
• Exposure to emerging areas such as Sustainable Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Transportation Systems, Structural Health Monitoring, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Technology, and Digital Engineering.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 13-15 years of teaching/research/industry experience out of which at least 3 years shall be at the level of Professor or equivalent grade.
• A significant record of research publications, academic achievements, and demonstrated leadership in teaching, research, and institutional development.
• Fulfillment of the credit point and other requirements prescribed by AICTE/UGC regulations in force at the time of selection.
• The candidate should have the ability to contribute effectively to institutional planning, faculty development, accreditation, governance, industry engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.

Salary: As per University norms. Extremely lucrative salary will be offered to exceptional candidates with proven track record.
