Position: Research Associate – 01

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Processing/Food Engineering or a relevant discipline. Candidates having research experience during Ph.D./Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas will be preferred.

Emoluments: ₹58,000/- per month + HRA as per Institute norms.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/Women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates will be applicable as per norms.

Tenure: The position is purely temporary for 2 years.
