During the first year at the University, students receive intensive training in core areas of hotel operations, including Food Production & Bakery Operation, Food & Beverage Service Operation and Room Division Operation

The second year is fully dedicated to industry immersion, where students undergo on-the-job training/internship with leading hotels, resorts, and hospitality organizations.
