Mr Vikas Kumar

Assistant Professor Commerce

School of Commerce

Vikas Kumar holds a B.Com and M.Com (First Division) and has submitted his PhD thesis in Commerce to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He qualified UGC-JRF in Commerce in 2020 and UGC-NET in Commerce in 2021. His research interests include marketing, consumer behaviour, financial literacy, digital finance, foreign direct investment (FDI), and Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM). He has published more than 40 research articles in refereed journals and is also part of the reviewer database of journals indexed in Scopus and SCI. He is familiar with statistical and research software such as SPSS, AMOS, RStudio, VOSviewer, Jamovi, and SmartPLS.
