Dr. Lokendra Singh

Assistant Professor Electronics and Communication Engineering

Dr. Lokendra Singh is an accomplished academician and researcher specializing in Optical Fiber Communication, Optical Fiber Biosensors, Plasmonics, and Optoelectronic Devices. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun. Recognized among the Top 2% of World Researchers by Stanford University/Elsevier (2023, 2024 &2025), he has an h-index of 18 with over 1200 citations. Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Optical Fiber Communication and has completed postdoctoral research at Liaocheng University, China, focusing on optical fiber biosensor development. His research contributions span plasmonic waveguides, refractive index sensors, and biomedical sensing applications, with extensive publications in high-impact SCI journals. He has also led and contributed to funded research projects, authored book chapters, and actively serves as a reviewer for reputed international journals and conferences.ords
