Dr. Vaishali R Kulkarni

Professor Computer Science and Engineering

Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni's research interests encompass Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Wireless Sensor Networks, Information Security, and Software Engineering. She has authored more than 24 research publications in reputed Scopus-indexed journals, international conferences, and book chapters.

Dr. Kulkarni has successfully supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. She has also organized and delivered several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and expert lectures on topics including Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LaTeX for Scientific Writing.

She is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and the Computer Society of India (CSI). Her teaching philosophy is centered on experiential learning, technology-enabled education, and outcome-based education, with a focus on equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for success in both academia and the technology industry.
