Position: Psychology Counsellor

Essential Qualification & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student counselling, psychological concerns, stress management, emotional well-being, and related issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling to students.
• Assess and support students facing academic, emotional, behavioural, and personal challenges.
• Conduct awareness programmes and workshops on mental health and well-being.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate counselling records.
• Coordinate with relevant University departments and professionals, wherever required.
• Provide timely support and referrals in cases requiring specialized intervention.

Essential Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in counselling/psychological services, preferably in a university, college, educational institution, hospital, or similar organization.

Salary: As per the University norms. Extremely lucrative salary will be offered to the exceptional candidates with proven track record.
