Dr. Ankita Dobhal

Assistant Professor Food Science and Technology

Dr. Dobhal completed her undergraduate studies in B. Sc. Home Science (Vocation Foods and Nutrition) with distinction. She had been the Vice-President and Alumni & Public Relations Coordinator of SPIC MACAY, Pantnagar Chapter. She completed her master’s in Foods and Nutrition and Ph. D. in Human Nutrition. Dr. Dobhal consistently demonstrated exceptional academic excellence. She is UGC-NET JRF, ASRB-NET & USET qualified. Her thrust areas in research include product formulation and value addition. She is self-directed, enthusiastic, dedicated, and possesses leadership as well as team-management skills. Dr. Dobhal has superior interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
