Dr. Arun Kumar

Assistant Professor Food Science and Technology

Dr. Kumar is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. His expertise lies in the fields of secondary metabolites, metabolomics, microgreens, and pathway analysis. He has authored 31 research and review papers published in highly reputable SCI/Scopus indexed journals and holds a patent in his credit. Additionally, he serves as an active reviewer for various journals, including the International Journal of Food Science and Technology, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture, and Trends in Sciences.
