Dr. Gagan Bansal, Assistant Professor, Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University, Dehradun, is a distinguished academician and researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. A PhD graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, his pioneering research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of hydroxyapatite from waste natural resources for biomedical applications. With over twelve years of teaching experience and more than 40 publications in reputed journals and conferences, Dr. Bansal has made significant contributions to sustainable material science and bioceramic research and has attended more than 100 FDPs, Seminars, Workshops, etc.
A recipient of numerous accolades, including the “Best Master’s Student Award”, “Outstanding Researcher Award” and “Uttarakhand Icon Award,” Dr. Bansal is also a mentor for startups and an accomplished author of book “What Next…??? An eye for the Future”. Beyond academia, he actively leads student initiatives, organizes technical events, and shares knowledge through his popular YouTube channel having more than one million views.
