Dr. Mohit Bajaj

Associate Professor Electrical Engineering

Dr. Mohit Bajaj is an Associate Professor (Research) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has established himself as a distinguished researcher in the domains of electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, distributed generation, power quality, and smart grids. His extensive body of work encompasses numerous high-impact journal papers, international conference publications, and book chapters, reflecting his significant contributions to sustainable energy and modern power systems. Dr. Bajaj has been listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists (Career-long & Single-year) by Stanford University and Elsevier for five consecutive years (2021–2025), demonstrating his sustained global research excellence. Additionally, he has been recognized as the 2nd most published researcher globally and #1 in India in the field of Renewable Energy by Scopus Researcher Discovery.
